The Salt Valley Merit Badge Clinic is an advancement opportunity open to Scouts in Troops or Crews age 11-17. Scouts will be introduced to a variety of subjects geared to help them, not only advance along the trail to Eagle, but also learn more about career opportunities and experiences that may interest them.

We Are Hiring for Camp Staff 2025. Interviews will be held December 30th between 9am-4pm.

[(Effective September 1, 2023) Two registered adult leaders 21 years of age or over are required at all Scouting activities, including all meetings. There must be a registered female adult leader 21 years of age or over in every unit serving females. A registered female adult leader 21 years of age or over must be present for any activity involving female youth or female adult program participants.  

The new Youth Protection Training we released last spring. This is the designated Youth Protection training for all adults, regardless of which BSA program they are involved in. All volunteers must take the new training by October 1st, 2018, no matter when they took the previous training.
